Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Fur Get Me Not app on iPhone, Android or the web (the "app"), made by Dustin Rotstein ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (tap your initial → Delete account).
Households and sharing
Pets and records belong to a household. Anyone you invite can see and change that household's information, so only invite people you trust. If you own a household and delete your account, the household and everything in it is deleted for everyone.
Your information
What you add to the app (pet profiles, photos, records, notes and so on) stays yours. You give us permission to store, sync and display it only so the app can work for you and your household. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please only add information you have the right to share, and don't use the app for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
Not veterinary advice
Fur Get Me Not is an organizer and reminder tool. It does not give medical or veterinary advice. Reminders can be late or missed (for example if your phone is off or offline), and AI scanning of documents can misread dates, doses or instructions. Always check important details against the original document and follow your veterinarian's directions. In an emergency, contact a vet right away.
Free plan and Pro subscription
The free plan includes one pet. Fur Get Me Not Pro adds unlimited pets, unlimited Sitter Pass PDFs and AI scanning, and is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google Play account (Android) when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- You can manage or cancel anytime: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android in the Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may change; a change applies only from your next renewal, and Apple or Google will tell you first.
App stores
If you downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
Changes and availability
We work to keep the app running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever stop offering the app, we will give reasonable notice so you can save what you need. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed reminders, incorrect scan results, lost data or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
